Ida Magdalena Dietz, 88, died Saturday, July 30, (1983).  She was born August 38, 1894 in Russell County, to Henry F. and Marie Elizabeth Deines. She was a homemaker and married Siegmund Dietz, Jan. 19, 1915. He died July 29, 1972.

Survivors are three sons, Edwin and Marcus of Wichita and Luther of Hutchinson; four daughters, Mrs. Rosa Nulik and Mrs. Helen Landon, both of Wichita, Mrs. Esther Karst of Hoisington and Mrs. Leona Kauffman, Abilene; three sisters, Freda Peake, Rosa Bangert and Ella Keil, all of Russell; 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the United Emmanuel Lutheran Church Milberger, Rev. Robert Kreier officiating, with burial in the Milberger Cemetery.

A memorial has been designated to the church.
Calling hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at the Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home in Hoisington and from 9 a.m. to service Tuesday at the church.
