Looking for NORMAN HURON SMITH who lived in Leavenworth County in the mid 1860's. His son was WILLIAM HENRY SMITH who was born in Leavenworth County in 1864. This is all the info that I have to go on and am at a BIG brick wall.

Looking for information on Malvin WHITEHEAD who possibly died in the "Old Soldiers Home" in Leavenworth KS bet 1928 and 1935. I can find no information on this "Home" on net. Malvin was reportedly sent home to MN for burial. Any leads for finding info about the "Old Soldiers Home" would be greatly appreciated.

Know very little about my grandfather Richard or his children, including my own father Oscar John KENNETT. Any leads of help will be very much appreciated.

Looking for info on John TRYON... He died 2 July 1927 in the Old Soldiers Home in Leavenworth, Kansas. He was born in 1843 in Indiana. He served as a volunteer in the infantry from Indiana in the Civil War. If you have any info. on John or the Old Soldiers Home, please let me know!!

I am seeking information on Harlow SEYMOUR. He was my great grandfather and was born 11/10/1838 at Lake Erie, Ohio. He married Lucetta HICKS 7/15/1868 in Buchanan County, Missouri. He had five children: Pleasant, Charles, Frank, William and Molly (Mary) BARNES. His son Frank, my grandfather, was born 12/16/1877 in Farley, Missouri. Harlow bought a farm in Hoge Township in 1892. He died 1/6/1913 at the farm in Hoge. It is believed he was forced to leave Platte County Missouri due to his ties to the Union during the Civil War. Any information would be appreciated regarding where Harlow came from and who his siblings and parents were. Also, if there could possibly be any ties to him and the Little Stranger Church which was founded by people from Farley.
